Play Little League Baseball in the San Gabriel Valley

Little League baseball, which began in 1939, now has over 2.5 million children participating in all 50 states. Organized sports teach kids teamwork and self-esteem, and give some kids a lifelong passion. Baseball, more than any other sport, provides the opportunity for even the weakest participants to be in a position to win in a big game for his or her team.

These are memories people never forget.

Parents, enjoy it all! Soon enough our kids will be grown and all that we will be left with is the memory of a sunny Saturday afternoon at the park with hundreds of kids in their baseball uniforms beaming with excitement and having the time of their lives!

The Little Leagues have supported this tradition in the Cities of Arcadia, Monrovia, Duarte and North El Monte for over 60 years.

Currently, the Cities of Arcadia, Monrovia and Duarte and North El Monte, are divided into 3 separate Little Leagues; Santa Anita, Arcadia National, and Arcadia American. Your residence address determines the Little League where you may register, however to simplify the process all three league hold joint registrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How old does my child need to be to play?
Boys and girls between 4 and 14 years of age as of April 30, 2012 can play in our baseball program.

What areas do you serve?
We serve the cities of Arcadia, Bradbury, Duarte, Monrovia and El Monte (north of Lower Azusa, east of Santa Anita). Any player residing in these Cities are eligible to play in our Leagues and make the All-Star teams.

When does the season begin?
Player evaluations are in early January; play begins in late February and ends in late May to early June.

What do I need to bring to the walk in registration?
We will need a copy of player’s birth certificate, 3 proofs of address (this is easy accomplished with Drivers License, 1 utility bill and car registration)
